Glow in the Dark, Glow in the Light

Recently, we had some fascination with glow in the dark foam.  We'd mold it, hold it under the lamp, and then run into the bathroom, turn out the lights and prepare to be amazed.  Sometimes we'd discover that someone's shirt was also glowing.

On yet another day, I put out some beads.  They looked like ordinary pony beads, although they lacked the color or sparkle of beads usually found on the table...hmmmm....

One of the coobservating parents (thanks, Cheryl!) wondered if they were glow in the dark beads?  Declan, who loves nothing more than creating bead bracelets and necklaces, answered that they were probably glow in the *light* beads. Hmmmm....

So we headed outside...

The way the sun's UV rays made the beads change color was so magical...

We danced with de-light!
