so much depends
upon

a red wheel
barrow

glazed with rain
water

beside the white
chickens.

OK, so it's not a wheelbarrow...it's a wagon.

Every day, Enzo asks for a wagon.  Problem is, he always asks about 10 minutes before going home time.
Tomorrow, I always promise.  But today, I got out the wagon.

All he wanted to do was load it with two shovels.  He got two friends instead.
"You're too heavy!" he said.  Liam pushed and lightened the load.

An obstacle!  How to clear the railroad tie.  Enzo pulled.

Liam and Miles pushed...

...and pushed.  Nathan sat.

Working together they accomplished what seemed impossible.

Confident in their cooperative ability...

...they head back over the railroad tie again.

...so much depends.

(apologies to William Carlos Williams for the poetic license)
